Monday, January 16th Meeting:
Ken Crane and USA Fly Fishing Team

The Canandaigua Lake Trout Unlimited Chapter will welcome USA Fly Fishing Team member Ken Crane to it’s meeting on Monday, January 16th at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center Auditorium and begin at 7:30pm. Ken will share his recent experiences and travel as a member of the USA Fly Fishing Team and will also talk about interesting streams in nearby Syracuse and Central New York.

Living in Central New York Trout Country most of his life, Ken did not pick up a fly rod till later in life. Now it’s about all he does when he has an hour to spare. Brought into the competition scene in mid 2011 the quest has been to learn as much as he can to further his skills and knowledge. 2012 was a big eye opener and the future will be sure to bring new challenges as he climbs the competition ladder. At the conclusion of 2013 season he took the next stop in his competitive career by making Team USA. When not competing he frequents the streams and rivers in the North East near and far, enjoying all they have to offer. Residing in Elbridge, NY on Skaneateles Creek gives him lots of for fun, and training stream time.

We will have our usual raffle.
So . . . Remember to bring dollars or flies!
