CanaNdaigua Lake TROUT UNLIMITED - Fly Fishing School
This class will introduce you to the beautiful sport of Fly Fishing, taught by members of the Canandaigua Lake chapter of Trout Unlimited. The class is designed for beginners. No previous knowledge of fly fishing is required. All skill levels are welcome to attend. After a brief introduction to the fly rod, line and reel, we will go outside and learn the basics of the fly cast. After the class practices their casting, we will reconvene indoors and cover more topics like where to fly fish locally, what kind of fish you can catch and what kinds of flies to use. At the conclusion of the course, you will have a chance to catch sunfish on a fly in the pond at Victor Municipal Park. Snacks and beverages will be provided. The class size will be limited to twenty students.

Fee: $50.00 suggested donation to assist Canandaigua Lake TU with their conservation and education programs.
